Biography

2023-24

The springy Jason Jackson was one of the healthier members of RWE this season, appearing in all but one game for the squad, and was a pivotal connecting piece for the team. In the regular season, Jackson averaged 7.6 PPG and 2.1 RPG while also swiping one steal per contest in 22.4 MPG. Despite not having a massive offensive output, one of Jackson’s most impressive games of the season came in the season finale against the YNG Dreamerz, as RWE outscored the Dreamerz by 29 with Jackson on the court, tied for the tenth largest margin by a player this season.

Jackson continued to be an important piece in the playoffs for RWE, stringing together two remarkable performances. His first top notch game came in the first game of the quarterfinals against the Blue Checks, when Jackson finished with 14 points including a special fourth quarter performance in which he knocked down two triples and dished out the game-sealing assist. In the first game of the semis against the first seeded YNG Dreamerz, Jackson had another spectacular game, finishing with 19 points and five assists to help clinch the win for RWE.

Jackson is set to continue his basketball career with the Georgia State Panthers during the 2024-25 season.

Jason is originally from Sarasota, Florida and attended Sarasota Riverview HS the last three seasons. He is currently committed to Ole Miss. Jason reclassified from the class of 2023 to 2024 to come play in OTE with the Cold Hearts. Jason Played AAU for E1T1/Florida Rebels on the EYBL.
