At the end of the regular season, eight of nine teams qualify for the Playoffs. Teams are ranked #1 through #8 based on their regular season records.

Round 1 Quarterfinals (Best-of-3 Series)

• #1 vs. #8
• #4 vs. #5
• #3 vs. #6
• #2 vs. #7

Round 2 Semifinals (Best-of-5 Series)

• Winner of (#1/#8) vs. Winner of (#4/#5)
• Winner of (#2/#7) vs. Winner of (#3/#6)

OTE Finals (Best-of-7 Series)

• The final two teams compete for the championship title.
