Biography

2023-24

Big man Peyton Marshall had a strong season for RWE in which he started at the center position for the majority of the team’s games. Marshall, who was traded from the Cold Hearts to RWE in mid-December, finished the regular season with averages of 8.4 PPG and 5.6 RPG. Marshall was extremely efficient with his looks, as he hit 56.6% of his shots during the regular season which was the fourth best mark from the field in the league. In his first game against his old team, Marshall had himself a special night, scoring 14 points and pulling down five rebounds while also swatting a career-high four shots which is tied for the seventh most in a game this season.

Marshall started every game for RWE on their run to the finals and in doing so averaged 6.0 PPG and 4.3 RPG. Marshall raised his already impressive regular season shooting percentage to 60.0% in the playoffs, a top-five number in the postseason. Marshall’s strongest performance of the postseason came against the City Reapers in Game 1 of the Finals, in which he scored 11 points and pulled down seven boards while also registering three steals as part of a stalwart defensive showing.

Marshall is slated to continue his basketball career at the University of Missouri during the 2024-25 season.

Prep

Peyton is committed to Missouri. He attended Norcross High School as a freshman before going to Kell High School in Marietta the last two seasons. He played AAU for Game Elite on the Adidas 3SSB circuit. Peyton participated in the NBPA Top 100 Camp.
