2022-23
Kanaan finished his first season at OTE losing in the Championship to the City Reapers. He played some of his best basketball in the playoffs and averaged 14.6 points per game in the championship. Scored in double figures six times during the regular season with the Dreamerz. Kanaan scored a season high 21 points in December against the Bruins. Scored in double figures in all three games in the championship against the City Reapers. Played 30+ minutes twice during the regular season but did it five out of six games in the playoffs.
Prep
The five-star prospect previously attended Milton, and is committed to Stanford for college. Kanaan had a big summer this year, winning a gold medal playing on USA’s team in the FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana, Mexico. At Milton, he led his team to a state championship his sophomore season, going 8-10 from the free throw line in the final minute to ice the game. Carlyle is known for being a dynamic playmaker for his team on the offensive end, and is able to use his length on the other end to be a tenacious defender.
