Biography
Howard Williams will join the City Reapers for his first season at OTE where he will have a chance to contribute to the winningest team in OTE history. Williams comes into the 2025-26 season ranked 37th in the class of 2027, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He comes to OTE as a versatile wing who is best known for his shooting acumen and physicality and as the top ranked player in the country from Illinois.
Prior to joining OTE, Williams played his sophomore season for Oak Hill Academy, whom he helped lead to a record of 23-11. While at Oak Hill he scored a career-high 34 points against Hyde Park. Williams spent the summer playing with Team Haliburton on the Pro16 Puma Circuit where he scored 42 points in his very first game. Playing in Richmond with Team Haliburton, he led the team with 22.8 PPG while also posting 9.0 RPG and 4.0 APG.
