Biography
Ty Lewis joins the City Reapers for his first season at OTE and looks to establish himself as the next great big man to play at Overtime Elite. Lewis joins OTE as a young big man who is best known for his polished defensive foundation.
Prior to coming to OTE, Lewis played his sophomore season for Maumee Valley Country Day in Toledo, OH and helped lead them to a record of 17-9. As a sophomore, he averaged 7.2 PPG and 7.2 RPG, which stood as the second best mark on the team. He totaled 104 blocks as a sophomore, on an absurd 4.0 BPG, which established the school record for most blocks per game. His 155 blocks stand as the MVCD record for most blocks in a career. Lewis helped lead Maumee Valley Country Day to the District Championship. This summer Lewis played for Phenom United on the adidas 3SSB circuit.
