Biography
After his first season was cut short, Brisun Hammermeister returns this year with hopes of making an even bigger splash as a big part of RWE. Hammermeister’s first season at OTE was cut short by a knee injury and in the offseason he was traded from the Cold Hearts to RWE. In five games of action last season, Hammermeister averaged 3.2 PPG, 1.0 RPG and 1.0 APG while shooting 40.0% from three-point range.
Last summer, Hammermeister began playing with U16 Austin Rivers Southeast Elite on the adidas 3SSB circuit before transitioning to play with B Maze Elite alongside Romelo Hill on the UA circuit. Hammermeister is a three-star recruit who played his sophomore season for the Villages Charter School.
