Freddie Dilione from the Word of God Holy Rams has been named the Overtime Elite Player of the Week.
The Tennessee commit had a massive first week of the season averaging 28 points across three games. He broke the OTE scoring record in his first game with 36 points and followed that up with 35 points in the final game of the weekend at OTE Arena.
The 35 points helped the Holy Rams get their first win of the season over the Cold Hearts in an exciting 104-103 game on Saturday night.
Dilione also averaged 6.3 rebounds per game, 5.7 assists per game and 2.7 steals per game.
Early in his career as part of Overtime Elite, Dilione has shown he might be the most explosive scorer has seen in its second year of action. Last year, there were three occasions where 30 points were scored in a game and Dilione did it twice in his first week of games.
The win on Saturday moves the Holy Rams record to 1-2 early in the season and sitting in a tie for third with the Cold Hearts and the OSL Falcons.
The Holy Rams will host the Hillcrest Bruins in Raleigh on Saturday, November 19 at 7 p.m.
