The YNG Dreamerz bounced back to get the 101-93 victory over the Holy Rams to end the regular season on a high note.

Jazian Gortman led the way for the Dreamerz with 23 points. Izan Almansa had one of his best games of the season finishing with 21 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Kanaan Carlyle was also close to a triple double with 11 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

Things were tight going into the fourth quarter with the Dreamerz leading by four points. Every time the Dreamerz threatened to pull away, the Holy Rams came right back, but the last run came up short. YNG got up by 18 with four minutes left. Two minutes later, the Holy Rams cut the lead to seven.

The damage had been done though and the Dreamerz finished the season 11-4.

Isaiah Coleman led the Holy Rams with 21 points. Three other players finished in double figures.

The playoffs for Overtime Elite now start next week. The City Reapers and YNG Dreamerz have bye weeks since they’re the top seeds. The matchups next weekend are the Holy Rams against the OSL Falcons and the Cold Hearts against the Hillcrest Bruins. They both play Friday and Saturday night.
