Jean Montero and Dominick Barlow have received invites to the NBA Combine May 18-20 in Chicago, the NBA league office announced.
They’re two of 76 players that will take part in the combine. Players will have interviews with NBA teams and participate in five-on-five games as well as shooting and strength and agility drills.
Montero and Barlow were two of Overtime Elite’s best players in the inaugural season for the league. Playing together, Montero won the league’s scoring title while averaging 24.3 points per 40 minutes of action and led the league in steals. Barlow was equally as dominant averaging 23.5 points per 40 minutes and led the entire league in true shooting percentage at 63.3 percent.
Additionally, a select number of standout players from the 2022 NBA G League Elite Camp, which takes place May 16-17 at Wintrust Arena, will be invited to participate in the NBA Draft Combine 2022. Teammate Kok Yat will be participating in the G League Elite Camp.
